Yacht Mangement-

What do we do? We want to make sure your boat is ready to use when you want to use it. We will come to your boat monthy and/or Bi-weekly and do a full systems check including but not limited to

 

Checking all boat systems- Engines, Diesel and or gas. Inboard, I/O or Outboards. Starting engines and checking for proper voltage. If desired we can run the boat out with one of our Capt's (additional charge depending on boat size). Checking all engine, Transmission, generator and steering oil levels and topping off if needed. Running engines and generators to operating temps, putting the generator under a full load to make certain they are performing as they should. Recording all voltage readings, Temperatures, Oil pressures, Fuel pressures and engine hours. Making sure shifting, steering and engine RPM's are within operating specs.​

 

All boat systems- All boats are different and all have some of the same systems in different packages. We are familiar with just about all of them. Our team will run through any and all systems on your boat to make sure they are working as they should for a day to enjoy!! Don't let an important system failure stop your day of enjoyment on the water with family and friends. Systems we go through-

Water systems- All pressurized water systems, fresh and saltwater. We test all sinks and shower systems as well as fresh water pumps for cold and hot water if equipped. Saltwater systems and livewells as well including all pumps. Checking for leaks and connections.​Batteries and charging systems-

Check output of battery chargers, inverters and dock power as well as generator power to make sure all charging systems are running correctly.​

Checking bilge pumps- 

high water alarms and auto switches in your bilge to make sure they are working as intended.​

 

AC and heating systems- Checking thru hull fittings for leaks, checking to make sure strainers are clear and working as intended. Running AC systems to optimum temps and assuring they are functional.​

 

Check all navigation equipment- lights, flares, life ring and jackets making sure they are to Coast Guard code. Checking all fire safety equipment is up to code and dated, Fire extinguishers, Bilge Fire suppression systems and CO2 monitors.​

 

Finally- Checking all optional systems, ie>> Refrigerators, Freezers and ice makers, Windlass anchors, Sure shade systems, All boat lighting and more. We leave no system unchecked!!!​

What if something is not working??- We will identify non working systems and if it is a simple fix we will handle it while we are there. Although we are handy and experienced, we are not mechanics. Anything needing a mechanic we will let the boat owner know. We can arrange to get your boat to a local mechanic at an extra charge.​

 

Pricing- All services are Monthly $8.50 /Ft for monthly- Bi weekly will add $125 to monthly pricing.

**Minimum monthly fee of $250.00 applies for boats 30 ft and under

**This pricing includes the following areas Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay, ICW Waterway from St Pete South to Siesta Key including the Manatee river.​​
